Raw Breakfasts of Champions

This is kind of like fancy apple sauce. It tastes just like it, but has some extra ingredients: banana and pear. Blend them up with an apple, sprinkle some cinnamon and flax seeds on top. Tasty, but next time I would make a batch and add it as a side to my lunch or eat as a snack. A bowl full of apple sauce is weird for breakfast.
Lentils and Apples. This package of pre-sprouted organic sun-sprouted legumes includes peas and red lentils. The peas made my mouth all itchy and hard to enjoy, so just lentils would be better. Throw them on top of some apples, and drizzle honey and cinnamon on top. Not a lot of honey, I found out! I put too much and it ruined it. Easy does it!
This was your chocolate shake. I fancied it up with some kale. I think it needed some more honey and banana, though I may have just added too much cacao.
